Dallas Officer Shot; Suspected Shooter Surrenders to Police

The man suspected of shooting a Dallas police officer Saturday afternoon surrendered to police and is hospitalized for a bullet wound to his thigh; meanwhile, the injured officer continues to recover from his injuries at a Dallas hospital.
