DPD Officer Terminated, Accused of Excessive Force

Dallas police officials say an officer has been fired for violating procedure and for repeatedly striking a motorist he pursued. Officials announced Friday that police Chief David Brown terminated Rene Villanueva. The National Latin Peace Officers Association says the video doesn’t tell the full story.
