DFPS searches for family of child left at Dallas hospital

The Department of Family and Protective Services continues to ask the public for help to find the family of a child left in a Dallas emergency room. We know that she’s currently at a foster home, but we don’t understand why her possible mother left her at the hospital. NBC 5’s Sophia Beausoleil spoke with a North Texas group that provides services for parents and guardians needing help caring for a child.
