Denton Center and Community Partners Providing Help During Cold Weather

Denton’s MLK Jr. Recreation Center has been in 24-hour operation mode for the last two nights as an emergency warming shelter. They’ve seen nearly 30 people seek refuge from the cold. Not only does the center provide a warm place to sleep but dinner along with other services thanks to community partners.
