Deep Ellum Shop Owners Say Barriers Are Bad for Business

Barriers will again close key streets in Deep Ellum. It’s the Dallas Police Department’s response ot recent violence especially with a boost in visitors to the State Fair of Texas. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports some business people complaint the street closures are crippling their chance at recovery from the pandemic.
