DCS Accuses Dallas ISD of ‘Secret Takeover Plan'

Dallas County Schools issued a statement Tuesday accusing Dallas Independent School District of a “secret takeover plan,” after Dallas ISD Superintendent Dr. Michael Hinojosa told state senators he’s backing a bill that would put DCS out of business.
