David Finfrock Helps Honor 9-Year-Old Hero

NBC 5 Chief Meteorologist David Finfrock helped honor a Grand Prairie boy who used the money he was saving to buy a PlayStation and instead donated the money to help buy smoke detectors for his less fortunate neighbors. Hector Montoya was honored at an Anime convention in Dallas.
