DART Board Votes Against Funding Dallas Police and Fire Pension

A controversial proposal to shore up the failing Dallas Police and Fire Pension Fund got the attention of the DART board Tuesday night. With a unanimous vote to oppose the plan to siphon tax dollars away from public transportation and put them into the pension system.
