Dallas woman leaves state to get abortion, attorney says

A Travis County judge ruled Kate Cox could have an abortion to save her ability to give birth again. However, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton asked the state supreme court to step in, believing she is not exempt from the state’s near total abortion ban. We learned Monday from Cox’s lawyers that she has left the state to get an abortion. NBC 5’s Phil Prazan has the latest details.
