Dallas Targets Outreach to Neighborhoods Most at Risk for COVID-19

The City of Dallas launched an outreach campaign in an Oak Cliff neighborhood aimed at informing residents on various city services, but perhaps most importantly services related to COVID-19. NBC 5’s Jack Highberger reports that studies show predominantly minority communities are at a greater risk due to a variety of factors, including an information gap.
