Dallas Police Officer on Leave After Rap Video

A Dallas police lieutenant whose officer husband was killed on duty three years ago is on administrative leave as officials investigate her side job as a rapper. Lt. Regina Smith performs as Lucille Baller, and in one song threatens to shoot anyone who messes with her.
