Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings has a tradition of dancing with kids for DFW morning television shows on the morning of the city’s annual Back To School Fair. This year, Rawlings didn’t disappoint.
One of the biggest back to school events in North Texas takes place in Dallas Friday.
The 21st annual Dallas Mayor's Back to School Fair runs from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Fair Park.
Some of the offerings include free immunizations required for school, free health and dental screenings, haircuts, informational activities and more. NBA star and Dallas native Chris Bosh is expected to attend.
Parents who do not pre-register for the event can still attend. Just be sure to bring a photo ID, proof of income and proof of residency.
