Dallas Leaders Sound Alarm Over Safety on City's Trails

Dallas has more than 175 miles of park trails that connect communities for transportation and recreation. But last year there were eight murders, 61 robberies and 135 assaults within 100 feet of a Dallas trail. With summer on the way, city council members say the trail safety plan is far too weak.
