Dallas Leaders Debate Dollar Stores

Dallas leaders are debating what to do about dollar stores. They’re not really grocery stores, but some want to see them sell fresh food items because of the lack of grocery stores in parts of the city. An activist trying to reopen a grocery store says dollar stores are not the answer.
