Dallas ISD Superintendent pledges change after shooting at school

Dallas ISD Superintendent Stephanie Elizalde became emotional pledging not to allow shootings like Friday’s at Wilmer-Hutchins High School to be normalized, doing whatever they can to keep something like this from happening again.
