The Dallas Cowboys selected Michigan cornerback Jourdan Lewis in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

The Cowboys used the 92nd overall pick on Lewis, to mark their second Wolverine (Taco Charlton) and second cornerback (Chidobe Awuzie) drafted in the first three rounds of the draft.

Lewis is a candidate to play the slot cornerback for the Cowboys, especially if the team trades Orlando Scandrick as reported during the draft.

As a senior, Lewis was named first team All-America, a finalist for the Jim Thorpe Award and the Big Ten Defensive Back of the Year.

Lewis pleaded not guilty to domestic violence allegations in March.
