Dallas County's New Indoor Mask Order Starts at Midnight

A new indoor mask order for Dallas County starts at midnight. It requests wearing masks in all schools, public buildings and private businesses. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports it comes after Dallas County’s top elected leader won a court order that allows him to require masks, contrary to the governor’s order against mask mandates.
