A security guard escorted a Dallas county commissioner out of the meeting Tuesday for refusing to wear a mask. This comes as the Texas governor forbids local officials from requiring masks but as Ken Kalthoff explains, that’s just what Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins did as health experts recommend face coverings.
