Dallas Considers Change That Would Forbid Employers to Ask About Criminal History

The city of Dallas is considering a major change for private employers. It would forbid asking job seekers about their criminal history on initial hiring applications. It’s modeled after the Fair Chance Law in DeSoto. Ken Kalthoff reports Dallas leaders have some personal history on the issue.
