Dallas Businesses Struggle to Survive COVID-19 Restrictions

This is day one of a new round of COVID-19 restrictions on North Texas businesses. Places considered non-essential, but are still allowed to be open, are cut back to 50% capacity to combat high COVID-19 hospitalization rates. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports some businesses won’t survive, while others are finding new ways to compete.
