Dallas Activists, Police Officers Work Together to Offer Opportunity to Young Black Men

City of Dallas crime data shows that young Black men are disproportionately likely to be the victims of crime. Stopping the cycle of violence has long been a goal among city leaders and activists, NBC 5’s Jack Highberger reports a small group made up of activists, police officers and community leaders started what they hope will be part of the solution.
