Dallas' 1st Black Female Police Chief Steps Down

U. Renee Hall, the first Black woman to lead the Dallas police force, has submitted her resignation effective Nov. 10. NBC 5’s Scott Gordon reports she’s agreed to stay on through the end of the year.
