Crossing Guard Asks for Donations to Help School Children

Jim Epps is a crossing guard at Dickinson Elementary School in the Grand Prairie ISD. The retired Navy veteran celebrated his 75th birthday not with gifts for himself but instead asked for school supplies be donated to the school district to help school children.
