Conditions at Camp Bowie Animal Clinic Detailed in Report

The Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners outlined violations in a report released Thursday. In the report, Dr. Millard “Lou” Tierce admits to accepting five animals for euthanization but keeping them alive. Tierce is charged with cruelty to animals and has had his license temporarily suspended.
