Schools Balance Need for Pep Rallies During the Pandemic

A new debate is popping up in schools and it’s whether pep rallies should be held on campus amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The events often bring large crowds together, and having singing, cheering, and instrument playing which all are known to spread germs. Wayne Carter reports.
