Retired Teachers and Dallas ISD Administrators Volunteer to Teach Migrant Teens From Border

Retired teachers and Dallas ISD administrators are now volunteering to teach approximately 1,500 unaccompanied minors from Central America being held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas.
