Mesquite ISD opens its doors for back-to-school

Mesquite ISD considered moving to a four-day work week this school year but decided against it. On their first day of class Monday, the superintendent tells NBC 5 education reporter Wayne Carter why, and unveils a lot of new firsts and priorities for the district.
