Carnival's Triumph Had Previous Mechanical Problems

A disabled cruise ship being towed to Alabama had mechanical problems last month that delayed its departure from Galveston. A Carnival Cruise Lines spokesman says there doesn’t appear to be any link between that issue and an engine room fire that caused the Triumph to lose power Sunday. More than 4,000 people are stuck on the ship.
