William Hensley has been a paying Dallas Cowboys season ticket holder for 37 years. He owned his restaurant, Fish Bones Grill, located in Arlington, for 25 years. This season, his two passions collide: his business and the Cowboys. Williams restaurant is right across from the new Cowboy stadium.
