Police Warn Water Pools in Construction Zones

Police in Carrollton are warning drivers to be cautious when dealing with wet driving conditions like the ones that shut down two lanes of I-35E Southbound Monday morning. Police say overnight rain didn’t mix well with construction in the southbound lanes near Belt Line Road.
