Black Police Association of Greater Dallas, Chief Meet to Denounce Racist Commemorative Coin

Terrance Hopkins, president of the Black Police Association of Greater Dallas, says a commemorative coin created by an officer for the South Central Patrol Division is racist. Dallas Chief of Police Eddie Garcia says the officer who produced the coin has been suspended.
