A new twist in the high-profile case of a suspected serial killer. Billy Chemirmir is facing 18 capital murder charges, police say he attacked elderly women in their homes, so he could steal jewelry. Wednesday we learned Chemirmir’s attorney was recently arrested on a prostitution charge.
