Chubby Cat Feline Only Fits in Dog Kennel

We’re not sure if he’s eating too much lasagna, but a cat named Garfield tips the scales at around 30 pounds. The chubby kitty is in a dog kennel at an Arkansas shelter because he’s too big for the cat kennels.
