Bars in Frisco Apply for Alcohol Sales Permits

After an election and city council vote to change its late night alcohol sales policy, Frisco’s new ordinance goes into effect on Friday. Businesses start applying for permits once city offices re-open after the holiday weekend. Some restaurant owners told NBC5 they’re hoping to start two am hours around New Year’s Eve.
