Austin Rock Thrower Faces New Charge

A man accused of throwing rocks at cars in Austin faces a second charge of aggravated assault. Patrick Johnson was charged Monday for an attack from 2014 when the victim, Kenneth Johnson, suffered brain damage that resulted from a rock crashing through his windshield. Police believed Patrick Johnson is responsible for most of the 94 incidents reported over two years around the I-35 corridor.
