Army Considers Reclassifying Fort Hood Shooting Pending Review

NBC 5 Investigates has learned the United States Army plans to launch another review of the Fort Hood shooting to determine if it was an “international terrorism,“ which may allow for Purple Hearts and benefits to be awarded to victims.
