Arlington police expand investigation into deaths at unlicensed living homes

Arlington police say they’re now investigating at least 20 deaths linked to one woman. Last month, they announced 49-year-old Regla Becquer faced allegations of abuse, neglect, theft and fraud all tied to her unlicensed assisted living company.
