Arlington Crime Down, but Clerk Murder Still Unsolved

Arlington police say there’s a decline in crime numbers despite the still unsolved murder of Randy Pacheco at the Red Wing Shoe Store last week. Police credit community involvement and tips and stress they need a tip to solve the clerk’s murder.
