Are There Too Many Rental Bikes in Dallas?

There are thousand of bikes for rent in the city of Dallas. That’s courtesy of four bike-share companies that have come to Dallas in the last few months dropping off bikes on sidewalks throughout downtown and others parts of the city. And more are on the way.
