Action on Dallas Mayor's Safer Communities Plan

Violent crime is still up this year in Dallas. The mayor says the murder rate is the highest of big texas cities. So he was happy to announce action on his safer communities plan Monday, after January recommendations from a task force. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports it was emotional for one task force member.
