7 Accused of Bilking $375M From Medicare, Medicaid

A Texas doctor is among seven people indicted in an alleged health care fraud scheme. Jacques Roy owns Medistat Group Associates in DeSoto. The indictment alleges he billed Medicare for home health services that were not medically necessary or were not done. Authorities say it cost Medicare and Medicaid nearly $375 million.
