One man was killed and five other people were injured Friday night in a possible gang-related shootout on Southwest Loop 820, Fort Worth police say.
Police were called at about 10:11 p.m. to the 2000 block of Southwest Loop 820, where people in two vehicles were shooting at each other.
Six people were shot, including one person who was hospitalized in critical condition and five people whose injuries were not thought to be life-threatening, Fort Worth police said.
One of the wounded people died at John Peter Smith Hospital. He was identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's office as 19-year-old Dominick Dijuan Primes of Watauga.

Stray bullets wounded a female in a separate, unrelated vehicle and a man in his house on the service road, police said.
The person who was shot inside his house did not want to comment on camera but said that he was doing well Saturday morning. He was in his living room when he was shot in the arm, he said.
His next door neighbor Craig Murphy was also home at the time.

"It’s shocking. You think you’re safe in your own home and you think you got a good neighborhood that you live in, and not always the case," Murphy said. "I found bullet holes in my house. I got a couple of bullets in my house, going into my garage."
Murphy said he's grateful it wasn't worse for them.
"I’m thankful we’re safe, thankful we didn’t get hurt. Obviously, the house can be repaired but if you get shot, that’s a bad deal right there," he said.
Police said the motive for the shooting is unknown, but suspected it may be gang-related.
Police have not taken anyone into custody in the shooting.
