Six North Texas men have been sentenced to federal prison for their role in a cocaine distribution operation.
Prosecutors said Wednesday that 46-year-old Francisco Favela of Crowley was sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
The other men were previously convicted and sentenced to between four and 30 years in prison.
Authorities said Favela received cocaine from Mexico-based suppliers beginning around May 2013. They said he distributed the drugs with the help of the other men.
