Court Papers Reveal State's Case Against Eric Williams

Court papers obtained Tuesday reveal the capital murder case prosecutors are building against a former justice of the peace accused in the shooting deaths of Kaufman County prosecutor Mark Hasse as well as District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife Cynthia last year. And prosecutors said in court documents that he planned to kill others.
