2 Men Indicted for Fraud in I-35E Construction Land Sales

A federal grand jury indicted Dallas real estate investors Kevin Bollman and Wade Blackburn for mail fraud this week after investigators said the duo lied to sell land along Interstate 35E to TxDOT at an inflated price.
