As Texas prepares to receive its first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, Dallas labor attorney Rogge Dunn says both public and private employers can require employees to get vaccinated. However, there are some exceptions, including a medical condition that could be adversely affected by the vaccine or a sincerely held religious belief, Dunn said.
