Texas Restaurants Open to Eased Coronavirus Restrictions

Texas restaurants on Monday opened to eased restrictions on capacity as the decreased number of hospitalized coronavirus patients prompted Gov. Greg Abbott to restart the phased reopening of the state, NBC 5’s Ben Russell reports.
