Texas GOP Rep. Wright, Who Battled Health Issues, Dies at 67

After a more than two year battle with cancer, Congressman Ron Wright died Sunday. He had been hospitalized with COVID-19. Wright was serving his second term as the congressman representing Arlington and was well known in Tarrant County having served on Arlington city council, and as the county’s tax assessor.
