Tarrant County Leaders Cautiously Optimistic as Cases and Hospitalizations Are Down

There is some promising news on the COVID-19 response in Tarrant County. The public health director is reporting a downward trend in cases and hospitalizations. But NBC 5’s Lili Zheng says there is still concern about a possible resurgence.
