Dallas County Leaders Push to Reach Vaccine-Hesitant Residents

Nearly 50% of Dallas County residents 16 and up have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. But with declining vaccination rates, NBC 5’s Katy Blakey reports the biggest challenge county leaders face is what can be done to reach those still hesitant.
